On-line reserves
Turiart, Cultural Tourism services company, offers you (registered users) an on-line reserves system which will allow you ask for whatever of our products and services by the web, as well as be able to confirm the reserves from the same web site.
For use our reserves system you just have to enter our Touristic Services Cathalogue, organized in two main sections:
Kind of service
Touristic Bus - City of Arts and Sciences -. Tickets - Excursions - souvenirs - restaurants - Guided visits
Kind of Client
Groups - Individuals - Companies - Children - VIP - Golden Age
During your visit to our web you'll just have to ask for the service reserve you're interested about clicking on "Reserve", present in everyone of our services: guided visits, tickets, cultural tours, among many others touristic services.
How to reserve on-line
1st -Register yourself as a USER, click on "Users Register" and fill out the form with your personal information. You can do this later, when you do your reserve.
2nd - Search in the cathalogue for the service you prefer and click on "reserve"
3rd - Fill out the form where you'll have to indicate the date of the reserve, number of people and picking-up of the tickets, once you've filled out the form click on ACCEPT-SEND
The process of reserve has finished, we'll inform you by mail of the receivment of your request, and we'll publish in the section "On-Line reserves" your request, where you'll be able to know if your reserve is confirmed or not.
In 48 hours TURIART will inform you by e-mail about Availability and the Final Price of your reserve, and publishing this information in the section "On-Line Reserve".

Click on "On-line reserve" for buying or confirming your reserve, choose way of payment and click "accept"
If you've chosen "Payment with Credit Card" we will send you to a page of BANCAJA where you'll have to introduce the information required for realice the payment with the credit card
If you've chosen "Payment by Transference", we will inform you by web and by e-mail about the number of the bancary count where you'll have to realice the transference. Remember that the payment will have to be made 3 days after the confirmation of the service. Otherwise the reserve will be cancelled and you'll have to start the process again.
Note: If your reserve request has no availability Turiart will offer you another possible services to your request as similars as possible, publishing them in your "On-Line reserves" section. We'll try to offer the best service.
