Terms and Conditions of Use of turiart.com and of Turiart’s services and products

Product and service purchases shall be deemed exercised when paying the full amount thereof. Turiart shall not consider the booking of the product or service without the corresponding payment. Once the payment is received, the client will receive an e-mail confirmation or voucher, which shall be printed by the customer and delivered the same day of the visit to the guide or the ticket office at the meeting point, date and time.

No refund will be made when dealing with small amounts of money. However, those products categorized as tours can be changed for another date in the calendar of activities posted on the website of Turiart or it will be able to be exchanged for a “voucher” in order to be given as a present for someone else the customer decide.

In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) UE-2016/679 of the European Parliament and Congress, Turiart informs you that your personal data will only be used in matters of administration, accounting and service provision. Your data will not be given to third parties unless there is a legal urgency to do so or for bookkeeping and tax processes, by means of a Contract of Provision of Services between the Person Responsible for the Treatment and the Person in Charge of the Treatment. Turiart may call you or send you messages by electronic means for issues related to the contracted products and/or services and in order to provide an efficient service in the development of its business. However, if you do not wish to receive information about your contracted products and/or services, please notify us at the email address administracion@turiart.com.

The client participating in one of Turiart’s services or products gives his/her agreement to the use of his/her personal image (photographs, videos, and/or recorded voice), partially or integrally, for the purpose of promoting the products and services of Turiart afterwards in means of promotion and marketing, such as brochures, web pages and portals, social media, articles in magazines, newspapers, television or radio programs or others. The user gives consent for his/her data to be shared to third party guarantee companies, as well as with the companies forming the federation Cultura y Turismo Urbano (Culture and City Tourism), for the fulfillment of purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of Turiart and the third company, in order to better manage the information that is of interest, including the use of cookies.

Turiart guarantees that it will treat your personal data confidentially and that the server storing and processing the data has the necessary security measures, established in the Spanish regulations on data protection.
