From Turiart we want to thank, first of all, the commitment and civic responsibility carried out during the Alarm State since March 2020.
In order to continue offering services, cultural visits and experiences in a safe way during the de-escalation phases, Turiart undertakes to follow the recommendations and preventive measures indicated by the Ministry of Health before the Covid19 to ensure the safety of our staff and all customers, including organizational and hygiene measures, as well as special measures to continue developing the activity that defines us as a receptive travel agency, such as reducing the number of people per group appropriate to the de-escalation phase or holding our Conciertos Secretos Live in open spaces.
In the case of guided tours or excursions our tourist guides of the Valencian Community will use safety measures as prevention of health risks and all our cultural tours and activities will be carried out in safe spaces and/or outdoors. In the same way, we strive to regain the trust of customers, with support to the local and sustainable way, following faithful to our values of KNOWING, LEARNING and ENJOYING.
We also remember that customers can cancel any activity 24 hours in advance without charge and always with cancellation insurance. Likewise, the company may cancel due to major force, always attending to the health and/or government authorities.
Also, convey a message of tranquility and encouragement, and ensure the continuity of our services once the work is restarted.
